Where do you operate?
Rush Hour proudly serves the greater Hamilton region, offering reliable and rapid delivery across all major suburbs. We are a Hamilton-based service with a strong local focus, ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality service exactly where and when they need it.
When are you open?
Rush Hour delivers, every weekend.
- Friday Deliveries: Orders placed before Friday 5 pm will be delivered Friday night.
- Saturday Deliveries: Orders placed before Saturday 5 pm will be delivered Saturday night.
- Orders placed after the cut-off will roll into the next delivery night.
How long does delivery take?
Once delivery runs begin, most orders arrive within 15–45 minutes depending on your location in Hamilton. You’ll get a text update once your order is on the way.
Can I schedule an order?
Yes. You can order anytime during the week, and it will be queued for the next available delivery night. This way you lock in your spot early and avoid missing out.
Do you check ID?
Yes. For age-restricted products, our drivers are required to verify a valid form of identification upon delivery. Failure to provide a valid ID will result in cancellation of the delivery.
